The staff here are super nice, and the folks who helped me out have been around since the Alan Ward days (a place I used to shop at quite a bit back then). They still had my info on file, which just goes to show that Cousins keeps that same family-run vibe.

Not impressed so far...
We bought a dining table after seeing a nice one in the showroom.
The one that showed up was badly made, with parts clearly not lined up right.
After 18 weeks, we got a replacement. It was even worse than the first one, even though they said it was ‘quality checked’ before sending it out.
Now we’re waiting for a solution, but I’d be super hesitant to recommend this.
